We plan it and shoot it
Every package includes up to two hours of planning: picking interview subjects, shaping the questions and mapping out the b-roll. Then we come in and shoot multiple interviews and heaps of usable clips across your workplace. Properly lit, clean audio, and organised from the moment we capture it. Anywhere around Perth, or further afield with travel quoted separately.
You get the library
Within three business days of the shoot, you get one place for everything. Every clip labelled, prepped and ready to drop straight into an edit, plus a set of stills from the day. Your team opens it, grabs what they need and starts creating, whether that's socials, your website or the next recruitment campaign. You own all of it. No editor in house? We can cut a set of finished videos from the library too.

Q1: What actually ends up in the library?
Dual camera interviews synced to clean audio and trimmed to the best takes, a library of b-roll covering your operation and facilities, and a set of stills from the day. The footage is stabilised where it needs to be, lightly graded and sorted into labelled folders. Add drone and you get aerial coverage of your site as well.
Q2: Which shoot is right for us?
It depends how much you want to capture. A four hour Content Library Session with two of our crew usually gives you two or three interviews, 30 to 60 b-roll clips and 10 or more stills. A full day Content Library Shoot adds drone and gets you four to six interviews, 80 to 150 clips and 20 or more stills. Most people end up here. A full day Alucinor Production Shoot puts all three of us on set for five to seven interviews, 120 to 200 clips and 35 or more stills. The packages cover sites around the Perth metro area. If your people are in the Pilbara, the Goldfields or further afield, we'll come to you too. Travel just gets quoted on top. Q3: Do you edit the videos for us?
No, and that's sort of the point. Most organisations already have someone on staff who can edit. What they're missing is professional quality footage to work with. We prep every clip so it already looks good and drops straight into an edit, then your team takes it from there. If you'd like finished edits as well, ask us on the call.
Q4: Why not just do a retainer?
Retainers suit some people. A lot of the time, though, you're paying every month even when you don't need to shoot, and still waiting on someone else to deliver. We come in once, set it up properly and hand it over. You pay once and the footage keeps working for as long as you need it.
Q5: Can you shoot photos at the same time?
Yes, and every shoot already includes stills. We grab them alongside the video, from 10 or more on the four hour session up to 35 or more on the full Production Shoot. If you need a dedicated stills photographer as well, our partner RIFT can come along for portraits, your team at work and marketing imagery. We can also set up for staff headshots.
